CONDITIONS

  • In case of dispute, we promise to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board. 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

  • We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.
  • Free shipping within Sweden on orders totalling 999 SEK or more. For orders with a lower value, the shipping fee is 39 SEK.
  • The cost for shipping within Norway is 180 SEK.
  • The cost for shipping within Europe is 130 SEK.
  • The cost for shipping to the United States is 300 SEK.
  • For returns or cancellations, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, which is 59 SEK.
  • For returns or cancellations outside of Sweden, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and other charges that might occur.
  • If any item in your order is defective, the claim is free of charge.
  • We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.
  • We want you to get your order as soon as possible. We therefore try to send your goods so you have them within:
    - Sweden: 2-5 working days
    - Scandinavia, EU and the US: 5-11 working days
  • All total purchase prices are excluding customs duties, import fees or any other local charges. Customs tax would be the cost of purchasing a product shipped from another country. When international customers purchase a product from us, your country may charge you customs fees on delivery.
  • The custom rate is calculated based on the product's declared value and shipping costs, product category, country of origin, destination country's customs duty rates and applicable trade agreements.
  • For orders that are unclaimed within the specified dates given for collection, the customer will be charged 130 SEK in addition to the initial shipping fee.

ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS OF DELIVERY

  • In order to get delivery to another address, it makes a lot easier for us if you indicate it at the check out.
  • Klarnas terms (only when paid with Klarna) require us to deliver the order to an address on which you are registered.

DELIVERY TO MINORS

  • Without permission from legal guardian, we do not deliver to persons under the age of 18.

PAYMENT

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

  • Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: UnitedKingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria and the Netherlands.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days is only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.


RETURN POLICY

  • According to the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005: 59), you as a customer have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods.
  • In case of dispute, we promise to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.
  • Goods returned must be unused and in original packaging. You cannot return the product if the box around the product has been opened. 
  • Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, we will refund the product value.
  • Please use the return form that you received together with the package.
  • If you have lost your return form, please send the package together with name, order number and reason for the return. 
  • For return or cancellation, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.

COMPLAINT

  • You as a customer have the right to claim a product if its characteristics differ from what we promised.
  • For all and any complaints, please contact us at info@livealittle.se.
  • Three years' right of complaint is in accordance with the Consumer Buying Act.
  • The consumer is compensated for any shipping costs incurred in connection with the complaint.
  • The complaint is returned to the following address:
